Due to increasing life expectancies, many people are running into the problem of out lasting their savings.  Use this calculator to help determine when your retirement savings account may be depleted given a specified monthly income target.  You may currently be in receipt of a company pension or other fixed income such as Social Security to help supplement your retirement savings account.  Calculator can help you estimate how long your self-managed assets might last while providing you with the income you need in retirement.

If interested in completing a retirement budget, you can use worksheets A, B, and C to plan for three Retirement Life Stages (Go-Go stage, Slow-Go stage, and No-Go stage).  Begin with step 1-Worksheet A:  Monthly Retirement Expenses to identify expenses.  Then step 2-Worksheet B:  Monthly Income to itemize income and then lastly combine two previous Worksheets A and B into Worksheet C-Monthly Budget Plan.  This will help to identify any income gaps or surplus to plan for in your monthly budget planning.  You may also use the inflation calculator on Worksheets A and B to compute future inflation rates.
